Hi class mates and readers, I will tell you how were my English classes this semester. My general experience was very good for my personal knowledge of the language. Apart from this class my experience wasn’t very good, in school I didn’t learn and understand very much, it was like studying Chinese and after graduating school I didn’t have too much relationship with English. In the past English classes in the university I didn’t learn too much because I didn’t take it too seriously. But in this semester I felt I learn a lot, mainly because I took it more personal. For the first time I really wanted to learn how to speak and write English. The bad things was that I couldn’t assist to all the classes because this semester was really tough and demanding, especially because in geography we have a lot of field trips to many and distant places. Blog number 9 Hi bloggers, today I want to talk about what changes I would do in my degree in the university In first place I think that the degree of geography is very long, this problem is the same in most of the universities in chile. For this reason we have many courses that do not have a lot of sense for a geographer. in second place, my degree is very broad and wide because it involves many subjects and areas of knowledge. This is not so bad because is necessary for a real approach to spatial and territorial process. However, I would like to have more freedom to choose what subjects are more appealing to me. For example, I like the humanist but not so much the physics courses, I would like to specialize in the humanist area.
