Hi class mates and readers, I will tell you how were my English classes this semester.

My general experience was very good for my personal knowledge of the language. Apart from this class my experience wasn’t very good, in school I didn’t  learn and understand very much, it was like studying Chinese and after graduating school I didn’t have too much relationship with English. In the past English classes in the university I didn’t learn too much because I didn’t take it  too seriously. But in this semester I felt I learn a lot, mainly because I took it more personal. For the first time I really wanted to learn how to speak and write English.

The bad things was that I couldn’t assist to all the classes because this semester was really tough and demanding, especially because in geography we have a lot of field trips to many and distant places. In this sense this has been an odd semester.

I have a lot of troubles speaking and writing but I can understand most of things when I read and here (if they speak slowly).  Also, recently I started to hear a lot of music from USA and England, specially Jazz, like Louis Armstrong. This is helping me to understand more words and accents.

In the future I want to learn and master more English. Its really helpful to know a second language.  This summer I will use my time to listen more music in English and watch more movies with English subtitles.
